Wasn’t sure whether this belongs on newbies……but
Done welcome offer on Sky today for a mate for a cut of profit. Put the £5 on Man U v Bouremouth and the £20 FB on Spurs 2-0. As I won’t see him til later to live chat can I assume that Sky will void the bet and the free bet and I’ll possibly be able to use the welcome offer again. And as I laid Spurs and they are 2-0 down I’ve won that bet with a welcome offer still to use?

I’m going to imagine that the free bet will stand, and you’ll just have not made any qualifying loss. That’s without reading the T&C’s though!

Nighmare
This is going to cost me a sh*tload.
Bet £150 on Betfred/Tote on a treble of Man City / Arsenal / Man United. Then laid it on Betfair for a potential £10 if it came in.
Now the Fred / Tote bets have lost and I’m only going to get partial money back on the Exchange by the looks of it
+0An issue I have is betting on an treble boost which included ManUtd with Betfred to the tune of £50 and layed at Betfair.
Betfair have a three day rule, but that lapses if the rescheduled date has not been announced by midnight tonight, and so the bet will be void.
Betfred have a two day rule, and that seems to be regardless of whether it’s announced today.
Unlikely I’ll fall foul of this as I don’t see ManUtd announcing tomorrow that the game will be played the following day. So ideally I want it to be announced tonight that it will be played on Wednesday to have my stake returned at betfred but also to win my lay (as City was also in the treble).

F**K it gets worse.
I’m now told by Betfair that the whole multiple is declared void if its not replayed within 72 hours. Which means I’m £150 down.
+0United are in the FA Cup final on Saturday. I think it’s already been confirmed that there’s no way the Bournemouth game would be played this week due to that.

I take it theres nothing I can do about this? It seems incredibly harsh, surely I should at least get paid out as a double.
I’m guessing its not a good idea to mention on Betfair exchange live chat that this was a lay bet against a multiple with another bookie and ive now lost both bets?

@pavlon if you were on the same boost as me (Ars, City, Utd) , then we wouldnt get anything back on Betfred as it has already been settled as a losing bet for me.

Ah, fuck, you’re right. I’ve lost my £50 at betfred. dont see the game being rescheduled for wednesday. Dammit. Oh well, I guess thats the risk we take.
+0the match has to be replayed within 48 hours of midnight tonight, so it’s got to be announced tonight that it’ll be played on Monday or Tuesday, or it’s sayonara to our money.

The bookies have different rules on this. I had an enhanced acca on Betsafe which included United but they void the entire bet if the match is cancelled / postponed. I have to hope the game isn’t rescheduled for the next 3 days though as otherwise the lay on Betfair will still be valid (the other selections in the acca both won).
Surprised Betfred haven’t just voided your bets as well though – have you checked their T&Cs?

oh wait, just looked it up. Betfred terms state:
Boosts/Enhanced bets – If any enhanced boosts, doubles, trebles or accumulators have a match that is postponed or abandoned, the bet will revert to the last available 90 minute match odds for the remaining selections.
Bad luck guys – just one of those things that can happen unfortunately

Betsafe Rules: All related bets to cancelled events will be void, and the stakes will be transferred back to involved parties. Multiple bets will be calculated again excluding the event that was abandoned. So we should be getting paid for the Southampton/Arsenal double.

Betsafe rules also state the following:
Daily Specials
All Bets found under Day Specials will be settled according to the accumulative result or condition of the bet on the day. Only the time zone of where the tournament is held will be taken into consideration. If any matches concerning the teams playing on the day are postponed or abandoned all bets will be void.+0betsafe tell me that the price boosted acca bet isnt void but runs until the game is played, whenever that may be.
