Multi account set up

Fine folks of t’interweb. I’d greatly appreciate some advice.

After getting into MBing in February I managed to clear about £6k. With all I’ve learned on here I’d now say I’m at a reasonable standard where with unrestricted accounts I’m confident I could reach £2k a month profit. However, in the process of learning and making mistakes I have slowly had all my accounts gubbed and restricted. I’ve taken some out in the wifes name but they’ve been quickly gubbed too, despite a different IP address, presumably because of the same home address.

So, I’ve got a list of trusted friends and family who have no interest in betting, so don’t mind eventually getting gubbed, and have agreed to let me set up accounts in their name and they get a % cut. I don’t see this strictly breaks the rules although I’m sure the bookies would say different! What I won’t do is blatantly commit fraud by creating accounts in fake names. What are peoples thoughts on this?

So here is my plan:
1) Give my friend some cash to put into their accounts with their own bank cards.
2) Get a VPN and bet on their behalf
3) Get them to submit their own ID to the bookies for eventual withdrawals.
4) Manage withdrawals as the need occurs (hence, I’ll only use trusted friends).

What are the flaws with this please? I know sod all about tech. I understand I need to get a VPN, but do I also need a new device for each account (ie a cheap laptop etc) so they can’t link accounts via computer ID?

I’d be grateful for your thoughts…. Ta.

The bookies do not get access to any information on your paypal account other than name and address.

Thank you, I just tried to add my bank, and the actual paypal account owner bank details, all failed. It seems is not possible to have a consumer and a business paypal, with the same bank details, even if belongs to the same person. Any advice on how to get around this?

If they won’t verify their paypal account, I wouldn’t be gambling for them. It’s not an arduous process.

What is going to happen if a bookie asks for this information?

It’s not about refusing to verify, the same person already has a paypal account with a bank account. The business account has the same details so it’s impossible to verify with the same bank details, at least that’s what I could gather. I assume when creating a business paypal account,the details have to match the ones provided to the bookie, and they can’t be be same as mine.

Ah ok… I’m afraid I can’t help other than to suggest you start gambling for some older folk (they don’t tend to have paypal!)..

and sorry for this my answer on myself but I have a second question, I’m making all bookmakers accounts to a friend from his house, with his pc and ip address, but then I run all the bets from mine, I can be stuck?

Hi guys, sorry if this has already been discussed to death. I want to setup accounts in my wife’s name as we have just moved house.

I normally use ffrees for my bets but it seems they are not doing new accounts now. Is there any decent alternative or should I be using paypal? She already has an account though and would prefer to keep things separate if I can.

I have done some multi accounting for family & mates paying them 15% and they’re happy. Had issues with some fam & mates because of high number of transactions going through their bank and its created a stop/start situation and a headache! One mate wants to start to use cash to fund his track days but doesn’t want wifey knowing.. so looking for a way to just use their ID but not use their bank account or PayPal linked to bank account. They’ve agreed on a reduced cut of 10% so better for me.

Heard about Entropay but fees are high. Can you suggest anything to help out? Maybe a seperate online bank accounts without a debit card delivered through the door?

Quick question………If I have used my work Wi-Fi on my usual smartphone to place bets on my own accounts, but never on my spare smartphone, would using the work Wi-Fi on my ‘partners’ accounts be a problem?

I would suggest just paying for the mobile internet, It’s not worth risking a set of accounts to save a couple of quid on mobile internet costs

On my multi accounts I’ve never bothered with IP address. I used to have a VPN and use different browsers for each account but it was just too much of a pain in the arse.

If you worked in a big company you could have hundreds of people accessing a site from the same IP.

You’re going to get gubbed eventually anyway.

It’s more of a speed thing to be honest rather than cost. On the 4g I have great signal at home and work but there’s so much lag time when registering and placing bets that the whole thing has become very laborious.

I kind of felt the same way about the company Wi-Fi bbobb as the multi accounts are purely for SUBs.

My friend agree to let me use his details but he prefer not to open an account with banks which would show on his credit report. Do anybody use prepaid debit cards like cardonebanking.com or similar (of course in friend’s name)? Do bookies accept it as deposit method and do they give free bets using prepaid debit card to deposit?
