hello , i live in spain so cant use most of the uk sites for offers 🙁 but i have found some spanish betting sites that offer up to 100€ free bet matched to what you deposit but to be able to withdraw it needs to be rolled over 4 times….i havent yet done a matched bet so would anyone be able to give me a hand on my first one?(have read the guides but still unsure) and does it matter if it has to be rolled over 4 times can you still get some money out of it? thanks for any help and advice

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Hi Hubby – You should read Matt’s guides on how to do this. I only started matched betting properly in November, so I understand the concerns when starting out. But it’s actually very easy when you know what you’re doing. I’ve also got two large wins from free bets which I’m rolling over now. One was £1200 which I’ve rolled over £1150 in about 5 days, and lost maybe £20 of the value (the free bet was £100, so £80 profit), and the other is for £475, which I’ll roll over in a few days.
So with the free 100EUR, perhaps aim to go for a bet with odds of around 4.0. The likelihood is you’ll lose your free bet, and won’t have to worry about rolling over. But if it wins, you only need to bet the full 400EUR once, and you’re done. Just make sure you’re laying the bets as close as possible to the back bet. If you’ve got 30 or 60 days to complete the rollover, you can just take your time and bet large amounts when you see a good match.
You’ll ideally want to find an odds comparison website which has the bookmakers listed, as that makes it infinitely easier to rollover large amounts.
+0as above, but make absolutely certain you have enough of a float to be able to cover every bet if every bets wins…
its also quite likely the offers may be deposit + bonus x4 in which case the rollover could be as much as £3200! (sorry, haven’t got a ‘Euro’ symbol) make sure you read the T + C’s and know what you’re getting into. have a look at the “winner” thread on here to see how it could go wrong…
+0thanks pavlon, it says i need to rollover amount deposited plus the free bet so 100€ plus the 100€ bonus, this is what is confusing me as if it loses i loose my 100€ :/ and cant figure out how to use the calculator to work this out as ive been playing with the calculator and it seems like ill only be gaining like 10€ hmmm also have read the guides 3 times haha i understand it a bit its just this stuff that is confusing me, wish i could just use the uk sites
+0Hi lads, I’m in pretty much the same boat as hubby. Bit unsure how to play certain bets. I have just done the super Lenny welcome offer and my £40 free bet has won and I now have a £180 bonus that I need to turn into cash. What’s the best way to tackle this??
+0Hi bucko, I would suggest you find out the minimum odds to complete WR, and then just matching some footie games as best you can. Nothing has been certain this season, as a classic example, Arsenal @ 1.72 were beaten by Chelsea @ 3.8 so you would have lost at the bookie on that one. If you still have money in the account when you finish the WR, withdraw.
Betting at lower odds has two advantages, the back and lays are usually closer together and it doesn’t take as much float. With higher odds it may seem more likely to lose (therefore win at the exchange) but if you do back a winner, a lot of cash ends up at the bookie.+0I only have to wager 1x my bonus at odds off 1.5 so not too bad but I’m getting confused by the end profit.
+0Do I use the calculator on free bet or qualifying bet?

Use the qualifying calculator, as the stake will be returned. It allows you to go for much lower odds.
hubby – same goes for you, use the qualifying calculator. Free bets when the stake isn’t returned is when you need to go for high odds (7.0+), and that’s when you’ll be getting back about 80% of the free stake amount. When the stake’s returned, you should be losing very little (circa 3%) of the bet stake, especially if you can bet on whatever you want.
+0half of it will be returned as its my money(my 100€) but the “free bonus half” says its not returned i dont think….its confusing me on how to work out what to lay :/
+0100 will be returned and 100 wont but theres no option on the calculator for half returned hmmm
+0Oh right, do you know if your money is bet first, or the free money? Is the free money separate from your money? You want to bet your money at low odds and the free bet at high odds.
So if you have to have odds of 1.5 minimum, do your 100eur on something with odds of around 1.5 and lay odds of around 1.55. This will lose you around 4eur.
With the free 100eur, place a bet at around 7.5 with lay odds of 8.0. This will return around 80eur. If the bookie bet wins then you can use the qualifying calculator, as the money is then yours, but it just needs rolling over.
Does that make sense? What odds are you putting into the calculator to return just 10eur?
+0cheers pavlon, I get it now I was getting confused as to whos the £180 bonus was but its my money really just crossed over from my exchange so I just need to meet the wagering requirements with as little loss possible. thanks for putting me straight.
+0Good advice from the guys here – only thing I would just reiterate don’t rush the rollovers or feel panicked into completing them quickly. You’ll find plenty of low priced matches so take your time – most of the rollovers will be say 30 days so no rush atall.
+0I keep saying it but everytime i think im getting ready to do a biggy like the Winner offer something happens to keep me in check. One day last week i did 2 start up offers and with the free bets i backed 2 outsiders that i wanted to lose and both won @ 10.0 and 13.0. Had these been non withdrawable offers id have been in a lot of trouble. Another thing that ive learned that maybe hasnt been mentioned much on here is if you are doing 2 or more offers at the same time i think its a good idea to back on the same market on different horses for example as only one of them can win.
+0There’s odds on super Lenny for over 1.75 goals at 1.51 and on exchange there’s odds of 1.52 to lay over 1.5 goals is that still classed as the same bet?
