Was looking forward to another £30+ easy profit this week on the usual Bet365 Europe offer, but nothing on the site. Unless they pick the Liverpool game and announce today looks u likely, think we have been spoiled with these great offers the last fe months.

As the WH spokeswoman put it, “this is the kind of liability we joke about at the start of the season but never expect to have to honour”. Yes, they won a lot from the 19 other teams in the league – and I don’t pretend to be very informed on how bookies operate their finances, but getting hit with a load of 5000/1 payout at once can’t have pleased them.
+0They`re lying. This is all great publicity for the bookies to get all the mug punters to back their team to win the league next season at stupid odds. I read that the vast majority of Leicester backers cashed out early and their max. highest single payment was £125000.

Let’s not forget all the acca stakes that the bookies pocketed at the start of the season, before Leicester became a team people back in their selections rather then betting against!
A rep from Laddies admitted on twitter today that over the season Leicester winning the title has not cost them a net loss. Yes, it might sting a bit to have so much liability be realised on a single day, but even there I think the bookies have got off lightly as most people probably bottled it and cashed out weeks ago.
All their bullshit fuels the machine though, and that’s fine by me if it means they get more customers and therefore continue to provide decent (exploitable) offers that I can extract free money from 🙂
+0My prediction is them easing up on offers for the next few weeks. But clearly, this doesn’t align with the rest of you, who probably know more than me. Anyway, I don’t see a Bet365 offer happening this week. I’m sure they’ll also never give out odds of 5000/1 on any team winning the PL again.

Surprised no bet365 also myself, but being gubbed not that it bothers me..however, pretty sure it’ll be around for the final. With regards to never doing 5000/1 again…im pretty sure they will. Lets be honest as many people have said Leicester to won the Prem something like that is a once in a life time which I doubt will happen again a team like that..you watch everyone be jumping on their team to win the league next season as they think they’ll have a slight chance.

Bet365 do the bore draw offer on correct score, HT/FT and scorecast markets so could be something there with tonights game.

William Hill is better imo for the correct score odds anyway, 0-0 is around 9/1 qualifying loss £3 or below to really make it worth while

98% of the money is on the top five (Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea).
Would be surprised if they made a big loss or any loss at all. But I do know for sure that they made a HUGE profit on Chelsea winning the League last year. About 20% of the money was backing Chelsea but the bookie only paid out 2/1 or something on them.
And with everyone backing the likes of Leicester, Sunderland, or who knows who to win next year then they will make another HUGE profit when Man City stroll to the title.
