Power Price Boost Arsenal & Chelsea @5.5

  • Current odds:
    Lay £20.41 on Arsenal @1.96 = liability £19.59
    Lay £40.40 on Chelsea @2.22 = liability £49.27

    £90 – £19.59 – £49.27 = £21.14? Is that right or have i cocked up??

    Cheers guys!

Available at 4.5 on Betfair also, although with the merger possibly not a good idea.

4.5 isn’t much of a boost based on current lay odds though to be honest..anyone can confirm my figures that would be great. If they’re correct a risk free shot at £20 profit has to be worth it!

Ryan if arsenal lose and chelsea win you are down 20 for the double. Down 50 to payout on Chelsea. You make on arsenal lay but you could be down quite a bit.

I think you have to lay arsenal first to take 20 minimum if they lose (to balance your stake at the bookie).

If arsenal win then you get a chance to lay Chelsea then… But only want to lay Chelsea if arsenal win..

Or is that what you were intending to do?

Of course it goes without saying….you lay Chelsea after the Arsenal result only if they win….? So with that in mind. The calculations are correct I assume?

    Arsrenal lose -£20 Paddy + £20..41 *.98 = £20 0Loss.
    Arsenal Win & Chelsea Lose -£20 Paddy – £19.59 + £40.40*.98= £39.59 – £20 – £19.59 = £0 Loss.

Yeah sorry should have made it clear, i’ve took the price boost now anyway as don’t want them taking it down too fast! Whether or not I can see it coming in is another story but a risk free shot why not ey, hope everyone sees this post!

    “4.5 isn’t much of a boost”

Is there a limit to what people should post on here? There’s blogs on making £2.43 on this very website.
Perhaps people could underlay it for a £16 profit if it comes in?
    Is that below the limit?

Bfc19 on odds of 5.5 *20 your returns is £90 profit resulting in this offer being £21.14.
If the odds are 4.5 *20 your profit is £70 resulting in this offer being £1.14? and if the lay odds change youll be down money? so don’t see what you’re getting at.

I have already full underlayed this offer? as you’re just covering your £20 stake each time? hence the reason I said 4.5 isn’t much of a boost as I have just proven?

    Easy one for me

Won’t be laying anything but bringing two £10 free bets in to play

Took the boost to win £110

    £10 free on Bournemouth
£10 free on the draw in play

Both bring back my original stake plus a few £ if Arsenal don’t win

If Arsenal do indeed win then I’m only my original liability of £20 running onto Chelsea to get £110

£30 double chance on United or Draw to win £50 which will either break even or £60 profit ??

It’s also possible to get guaranteed profit of ~€4.5; EV would be about the same if smarkets odds were close to the real odds.

Standard lay of 24.75 at 4.5 would give you a guaranteed £3.48 whatever happens.

Underlay it at £21.05 and if Chelsea and Arsenal win its a £16.33 profit, break even if they don’t.

All to be done on one bet. Maybe some people are not sat around waiting for one game to finish to place the next bet?
