PWR new offer

Having real problems with their site. Got all the way to sign up and deposit, but then on my laptop it says id error ??( Its 100% matched deposit bonus up to £50 btw. Not 50% max £50.)
Tried going into the chat but the chat box just shows nothing and nowhere to type.
Then tried my phone to and when you come to deposit, you can select £50 having clicked 50/50 bonus option.Then unbelievably, but believable 🙂 ,there is no action button to touch so you can actually make the deposit happen.
Any tips , clues or is everyone having the same issues. You have to wonder who designs these things at times.

Just registered 2 days ago after seeing the same bonus of 100% up to 50 USD. Sent them the documents to get verified. So far now reply yet. I will wait until I get verified, only then I will try to deposit.

The casino side of the brand has had good reviews. With the sportsbook being new, having only just launched, maybe there are a few gremlins that they need to address.

Now telling me no withdrawals before Monday or even Tuesday. Live chat no response – insipid replies via email support. No telephone number to contact them – all in all I’m very concerned at their integrity. It’s over 10 days I’ve been trying to get progress/ withdrawals processed .

I’m not for one minute suggesting that is acceptable on their part, but maybe things slowed down over the Christmas period. Hopefully they’ll now get their act together.

Matt that’s a bit naive mate – we are now 6th January – any decent outfit would have back up plans to resolve. Do you have a contact no. for them to call! Not atall looking great – not a good advert for your site for opening new accounts with them .

Like I say, they’re very new to the Sportsbook scene, so hopefully they’ll get things sorted. If this becomes a widespread problem, of course I will remove them from the site.

No problems Westmatch – the verification process all went no probs. The cash side is slowly getting there but am restricted to certain levels of withdrawal amounts regardless of my balance and amount shown on site as withdrawable. I’m probably still about a week away from getting all my cash due out of them. Once that happens im out!!!!
Never to be used again.
Can’t comment on casino site but I’d have to have doubts re their cash position/ integrity given my experience.

hi @matt I read about this offer a little while ago but the T&Cs copied below seem pretty complicated. Seems to me if you won your initial bet you would not be able to complete wagering unless you lost all your cash money first. Any thoughts about a way to guarantee a profit from this?

2) Wagering the Sports Book bonus money: Bets from Deposit funds will not be counted towards wagering requirement, Only bets using bonus money will count towards it.

Example: Bet your bonus x 5 If you received £50 bonus money you need to bet £250 to complete the bonus conditions excluding bets from deposit funds.

Minimum & Maximum Stake: The minimum stake is 0.25 for all currencies. The max stake if you are using a bonus is £100 for UK and €100 or its equivalent on other currencies.

If you try to place a bet greater than the maximum limit, you will receive an error message an bet will be rejected.

Your bets will count towards the total once they’ve been settled. Only bets with odds 2.0 or higher will count.

Only bets settled within the bonus validity period of 30 days will count. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose, every bet contributes towards your bonus.

Withdrawal of Bonus Money: You cannot withdraw your bonus money until you’ve completed the bonus’s wagering requirement(or if you’ve cancelled it or if it has expired)

Only amount in excess of the qualified deposit (Deposit Winnings) can be withdrawn while the Sports Bonus is “Active” qualifying deposit will be considered as a non-withdrawable funds until it’s used up and/or as long as there’s an active bonus.
