New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Seems strange. So is it just max stakes limited and in play money back you cant do?
+0Why won’t they let you do telephone betting?
+0I assume I won’t be able to place much on any bet making the 4/1 offer etc probably pointless…
+0What kind of stakes will they let you continue to get on for with the CH4 races today Ryan?
+0Not sure I already done a £50 this morning then got an email…so if it wins and it won’t let me put the risk free £50 on that would suck. But we shall see….
+0Had similar scenario.
If it does win you are still entitled to a risk free 50. But you have to click the ‘bet max’ button on the betting slip. Say your max is £8. If it wins you will be paid as if you had the £50 on. Loses then you obviously only get back the £8 as that’s all you have lost. So you are still able to match bet the risk free as if it was £50.
You have to click bet max though rather than enter the stake manually.
+0Bet max? seems risky that my whole balance would end up on it…odd.
+0No you press bet max then the stake will appear. You still have to confirm the bet!
+0Not disagreeing but if the first bet wins id contact them to try get your £50 on. Prob could be there wont be long before each race
+0‘Where you are unable to place the maximum risk free bet amount due to restrictions on your bet, we will credit the difference between the maximum risk free bet returns and your actual returns.’
I think the reason they won’t let you put £50 on is incase it wins they don’t want to give you another risk free £50.
So say i bet the max of £8 then although they’d honour it as a £50 bet if it won, i wouldn’t be entitled to another risk free £50. Just a risk free £8. If that makes sense.
+0Bad luck Ryan. Move on and move up!
+0shit it won…but only let me put £3.33 on the next race don’t know what to do!?!
+0RyanB,
do you think this might have anything to do with the tracking software most bookies now use (iesnare) have you done anything to prevent this running on your computer(s). I have been gubbed by two books recently and I have found iesnare was installed on two of my machines.+0Already read up on that Dave and already checked my laptop…I have been matched betting a while it was just my time.
+0Anyone know how bet365 work out their max bet? it just seems random as hell…for example £18.18 Crystal Palace 2-1 @12. £33.33 on 0-0 @7. £114.29 Crystal Palace @2.75. I thought it could be linked with the returns but its not…very odd!
