They’re slow and sometimes need chased. The first couple of refunds I had to email them for the last couple have come through in 24-36 hours, I suspect they’re done manually.

Did anybody get the Apollo refund for Bristol De Mai? Apollo have told me that the terms were second to the SP fav, which I am pretty sure was not in the terms.

Ice magic, I’m going to email them at lunchtime, near enough to 48 hours, any chance of a copy of your screeny if they get difficult? I’m not sure it’ll make any difference but I’m probably done with these cowboys.

Although I suspect the reason I’m most irritated is they’re the only money I made from the weekend!

Tbf this would be the first time I’ve had to interact with them, the last few free bets came through automatically no problems. Though admittedly this is the first time I’ve backed the fav with them.

Well I had three seconds on Saturday, none to the SP fav and I’ve just logged in to Apollo and have £75 free bets so they’ve honoured all mine.

I got a reply from them saying that the decision is final and that no free bet would be credited but just logged in and I have the refund. Jokers.

Also, whilst Apollobet do have their negatives i.e waiting 48 hours for free bets, not being clear on terms etc I have found them to be a great earner lately. They do money back second to SP fav every day and money back second most Saturdays (on this occassion they seem to have honoured that too). They also have BOG which I benefitted from yesterday quite handsomely when a horse I backed at 3.25 won at 5.5.

For all their flaws, they sure have filled the void that not having Paddy, William Hill and Ladbrokes left.
