Chris, why underlay if you don’t see it coming off? or do you mean as opposed to a punt? I think I have have answered my own question, I was thinking about the difference between underlaying and a standard lay

username – I tend to treat these as value bets most of the time so I punt £10 on them, two have come in so overall I am well in profit via that method.

If I’m not convinced by the chances of all three teams winning then I go for the full £25 stake and underlay.

Thats just how I play it, some underlay every time for small profit if all three win, depends on how you feel.

Absolutely nothing is fact in the world of sport, you only need to look at Barcelona’s recent poor form to understand that.

If it was guaranteed the favourite team would win every time, I would be chucking £000s on that outcome for £200+ guaranteed profit every time.

@Chris , just backingand letting it run as a value bet is a fine strategy, and let’s you have some of the fun of gambling!

However, if you’re just going to do it for £10 why not back for £25 and lay £15 of it?
£25 at boosted price, = £10 bet on the outcome +£15 underlayed risk free = same risk of losing £10 if it fails, but possibility of a bit more profit if it hits.
