+0Never got through on live chat, email is a 2-3 day response time. Just submitted a withdrawal so will update. They’ve not asked me to upload any documents yet though, guess might do now.
Assume they are just a small team that are going to be completely overpowered by the demand this week!

also I have noticed I can no longer cancel withdrawals?so I dont know if that means its gone through or not?I have had no email confirming the withdrawal being successful?how did you know the withdrawal had gone through ok?
