I was given a free bet for yesterday’s first race although I backed the winner. Didn’t realise I had it and it has expired!.

Looks like they may be having problems. Live chat is queued to a 30 minute response time, I was 96 in the queue, I’ll wait until tomorrow to chase mine up.

They arent going to pay out the free bet on the Southampton vs Everton game guys, terms have been amended again:
Offer only applies to your first bet on first goal scorer market. Offer applicable to one qualifying bet, per customer per day.
I tried two people on their live chat and they threw that term at me. I guess it was amended this morning because not only did I get a free bet on the second game I went for yesterday but I got two free bets for another game.

Are they suggesting that the offer only applies to the first bet you place across ALL qualifying fixtures in a particular day, regardless of whether it hits the refund?
So today, we had a go at game 1: Watford. We miss the refund trigger (ignore the glorious OG bonus we all landed!) but just by trying that game, any subsequent FGS bets on further qualifying games the same day will not get the refund even if the trigger is hit?

Their system is clearly set up to not automatically credit free bets on the second, third etc games you place a qualifying bet on.

Depends on the live chat advisor. Got mine on losing Southampon after winning Watford.

Oh well, shame as it was a bit of a gifthorse that offer… guess I’ll have to be selective about which game to target in future when there is more than one on.
Won’t bother drawing attention to myself by going on live chat to try and cajole them I don’t think, but cheers for sharing what they told you guys though.

Must be causing them loads of hassle. Doubt if they worry too much about the FB’ as I’d reckon most just lose it by punting or laying.

So despite being told on live chat twice that the terms have changed and I wasnt eligible for a free bet, I’ve logged in this morning to find a £10 free bet credited to my account for second half, second chance.
I just dont know anymore.

You’d have thought it would be quite easy for them to write a filter program against their database.
I didn’t even give any details – just said my FB hadn’t been given. She sais she would look into it – 1 minute later she replied that it had been approved. Feeling a bit guilty – hope I don’t win with it. ok guilty feeling now passed.
Maybe they’ve taken the view it will cost them more on Sunday night overtime pay to argue the toss than just to give away the FB’s.
