When i joined betfred i didnt notice the odds had changed to just below 2.0 on my first bet as i put it on so i didnt qualify for the £30 in free bets signup offer. spoke to 3 different chat advisors and all said tough luck sorry. Said i wouldnt bet with them if they couldnt offer anything at all. They said no chance and i havent touched them since. Dont think theyre a big loss though.

Admittedly there’s been sod all lately offers wise. Was a while they were non stop in play offers. Maybe not such a big loss after all.

+0I have been restricted on apollo bet before I even got to place the 25 free bet. 4 out of 5 qualifers had been winners!! luckily I hadn’t lost too much on the qualifiers. The funny thing is the free bet is showing in my account but can’t place it. I hope I can get my winnings out ok

+0Tried to do today’s William hill £10 in play promo on football and noticed it has restricted my bet on football today to just 3p…didn’t get any email on this, any idea if this is going to be permanent?
+0I got the same thing with WH too, I was able to do the Watford game earlier in the day but wouldn’t let me do anything else. It has given me the free bet for that to be fair.

Rose & Mark, I had the same could only place 3p, spoke with live chat at WH and I was not restricted told me to clear my cache and log out and back in again.Then i had no issue placing bets
