Pickle that’s a major warning mate, I’m being offered into the 30’s on this. If I was you I’d slow down on Sky and only do the best offers. I’d work hard on bringing the rating on the account back up again.

People say they don’t believe in mug betting but they’re not doing it right and are the same people without accounts.

Someone posted a good article on here a few days ago from an Aussie blog that explained things pretty well.

The daily mail also had a good article online a few months back explaining things a bit.

I think *when* you try to place the bet can affect the amount you are allowed to stake. As more people take the offer up I think they reduce max across the board. Has anyone managed to get £25 on this in the last hour or so, or did you all get those kind of stakes on earlier in the day?

Hope your account is alright Pickle – I see someone posts a thread on here about getting gubbed by Sky. Personally I can’t think of anything worse. They are my favourite bookie atm

I’m still being offered over 30 Tony so I don’t think it’s Sky’s overall liability in this case. It sounds more like Pickle is on thin ice unfortunately.

I’ve been in the same pickle as Pickle for quite a while now, only allowed >£10 on every acca they put up, but I seem to be clear on everything else, manage to get £100 on every horse or footie team I’ve tried so far. I think it might just be because I used to hammer them on footie offers when I signed up but only really do horses there now. Saying that, I really need to start losing with them!!!

Acca now up on Betfair, max 25 on Sky, but of course it qualifies you for the sky bet club so worth it.

The max of 25 for this does not apply to everyone. My max was 32 so I stuck 30 on it. Profit of 25 quid if it wins and I lose a quid it it loses.

thanks for the tip guys i put a max bet of £25 & opted into the skybet club £5 so got to keep up with the £25 bet each week now lol . i managed to get odds of 5.4 at BF

Pickle you mighn’t be as bad as we think. It’s common for book’s to limit your stakes in different sports if you’ve been seen to do well in a certain sport.

Again, a good article on this was posted somewhere on here last week. So your sky account might be good, just not the footie part.
