Yeah girl i spoke to said some exceptions have been made for people whod already placed qualiers but seeing as i hadnt i wasnt eligible. Dont think its worth a qualifying loss to try for it and still not get it.
+0Yeah fair play to anyone who gets through and gets it. The extra bets I got yesterday in a way make up for today so I have got what I expected out of it. I have not really used them too much anyway.

On a separate note, a lot of us took a hit with the roll over on the Spain game. If we’d have waited to lay we could have rolled over for next to no loss…. I took £360 at 1.7/1.77. Lay was 1.7 earlier. Ah well.

The trick is to put the bets on beforehand, don’t say can I still do the offer say you put the bets on thinking you were qualifying for the offer and now it’s gone

Thanks for the advice guys.
I went into the live chat and simply told them I had placed the bets and the free bets hadnt arrived. Was told immediately that they had techinical issues but I would still be given the free bets manually. Probably take 2 hours to be credited and they can be used tomorrow. All rather straight forward.
beesty, if you placed the bets, i would definitely recommend trying again.

Keep trying different helpers, it’s worked for most so there’s no reason it won’t for you. Only issue might be its getting a bit late in the day now
