10bets withdrawal

Newbie here – did 10bet first bet offer last week and won £100. Have asked for withdrawal but nothing yet, not even an acknowledgement via email or on my account that I have a withdrawal pending…now found lots of horror stories on the web…when should I get really concerned about receiving my money? There was something on their site about verification but at no stage have I been asked to send anything…advice etc very welcome!
