Yeah I didnt opt in. Oh well, think my total qualifying loss was something like 30p over the two games.

Yeah i had to place another bet Ryan. I used them to back PSG to make up my 365 bet but had to opt in and then top it up to qualify. I got the freebie btw.

Matt did say in his blog to opt in but its easy to miss and the email I have from 888sports on the offer has it buried there too. I think they knew a lot of people would miss this. Crafty.

To be fair I didn’t see his blog I saw this myself and hence posted this thread, maybe its my fault for not posting that you need to opt in but then again everyone should read terms themselves. But likewise its only £5 free bet, minimum qualifying loss which mixed in with all the other profits we won’t even notice it gone.

I opted in but didnt receive my bets before I contact cs, is it definate bets needed to be placed that day as I placed mine both at once.

I got mine no problem by opting in and placing both bets at once, one for a Tuesday night match and one for a Wednesday night match. I didn’t wait until the match days.

Got the free bet on Wednesday night after the match finished
