888sport Offer – Champions League Free Bet???

Matt put this offer on the blog and me and a few others haven’t received our free bet. Has anyone got theirs?

Place a £5.00 bet on a Champions League match on Tuesday and Wednesday at odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater and 888sport will give us a £5.00 free bet on Thursday.

Yeah got mine. Just a thought did you place one bet on Tuesday,then wait until Wednesday to place the Wednesday bet cos I made the mistake last week of putting both bets on Tuesday for both days and didn’t get the bet last week

Mine hasn’t arrived. No surprise there as 888 are a complete joke. I spoke with them this morning, they confirmed I’d qualified and they said the free bet would be in my account within half an hour. That was 6 hours ago.

You can ring them up on their 0800 number. The best strategy moving forward is to avoid them. They really are jokers. Worst bookie I’ve ever encountered.

I contacted them by email this afternoon. Received this response at about 1830

3. As for the Champions League free bet, none of the free bets for this week have been credited yet. They should be credited by close of business today (Thursday the 25th of February), however it does state in the fine print of the terms and conditions to please allow up to 72 hours from settlement in extenuating circumstances, for the free bet to be credited.

The free bet is valid for 72 hours from the time it is credited. So you will have 72 hours from the time you get it, to use it. Also remember that you needed to place a qualifying bet on Tuesday (for Tuesday’s match) and another qualifying bet on Wednesday (for Wednesday’s match) to qualify for a free bet.

Just received another email from them a moment ago saying my £5 has been credited.
