A technophobe’s question on multi accounts

• I’ve been matched betting on and off for about two years but have gradually been gubbed by a number of bookies.
  Due to not having wifi at home throughout these two years I’ve been betting using my laptop and tablet at a friend’s house. Recently I’ve got wifi and have been thinking of opening new accounts with the bookies who’ve gubbed me – as my friend is happy for me to use their details/card etc for the accounts. To keep things simple I plan to now use my all of my accounts solely at my house and the new accounts at my friend’s house.
  I know that I will have to use a different device for these new accounts but I wondered if there was anything else I need to do or be aware of? I don’t know what info the bookies might know about our location, wifi etc and so wanted to check if this would arouse suspicion. My lack of technological know-how and I guess a fair amount of paranoia inspired me to write this so sorry if it’s a daft question.
