    Please be warned that the rules on what constitutes a “place” differ on the exchanges compared to the regular betting sites. You can end up losing a lot of money on these offers if you lose on both your back and lay bets. I had my fingers burned a few weeks ago and lost £350.

    2.00pm is fine but 2.30pm WH consider top two as a place whereas smarkets consider top three. No information on place bets for the 4.40 at WH yet.

    If the 2.30pm horse finishes 3rd we’ll get burned so yeah best to give it a miss on second thoughts.

    These are full of risk though! But fun. If one of your horses ends up a non runner it will be settled as a sp double, if another horse causes a big enough rule 4 change will be settled at sp treble not enhanced price. Need to be careful we are laying the correct place market on exchange too, especially when there is a non runner the bookie might change the place to 2 places ….

    Chris what do you think about the 2.30, how many horses will be ‘placed’ on will hill. Looks like only 7 runners but still has “1/5 Odds 3 Places” at the bottom of the race card. Need to be careful that we are laying the correct number of places.

    You’re right regarding risks on non-runners and Rule 4 etc but the greatest risk is the one Bobby has highlighted.

    With all Enhanced Offers I usually go to Oddschecker to check the value by adding to bet basket. Then shows the best odds available for the treble.

    Can get better odds for this place treble elsewhere!

    Always worth checking before jumping on this Enhanced Offers.
