I have just been restricted by the risk team from placing horse racing bets. To rub salt in my wounds I have yesterday’s free bet showing in my account now but I can not place it as I am getting the same message.
When emailed they said my address has been duplicated so they must have sister site as I was new to this site. Only signed up yesterday!!!!!. Fasted ban I have ever had.+0

Seemed very odd so I phoned them, they asked if I had a Boylesports account ( I do, but was gubbed around Xmas) – transpires that Apollo and Boylesports are connected and I couldn’t use the same email address to open an account with Apollo. WTF???
Today had 4 bets, the first 3 all finished 2nd – 2 of them were 2nd to the favorite
