I got a free bet Friday Cheltenham and it wasn’t credited until Monday but eventually I did get it

Just worth mentioning that on Saturday there was a race sponsored by Apollo called Cashback if 2nd. Not 2nd to SP.
Personally, I think they got hammered with all the favs/2nd/3rds winning or coming 2nd so have shat themselves. I ‘won’ £300 alone.

Someone here said that the loss of Will Hills or Laddies is no big deal as the likes of Apollobet stepping in to fill the gap. Well let me tell you something… if you think that some minor bookie that offers a “sign up sensation” on their page (bet 10 get 5 free – please don’t make me laugh) can really replace some leading industry names then you are absolutely wrong. These will play with t&c like there is no tomorrow. They even state that they can change t&c at any time during the promo offer. If you clever enough then yes take a screenshot as you can try and prove they doing wrong, but believe me that it will cost you more nerve than it is really worth. The likes of Apollobet or Betstars are just shame on the bookie map. When I looked into that promo offer on Apollo site the main picture was showing Kempton and another racing course as a money back if 2nd, then reading the offer it was only all Chepstow races included. Well tell me where is the logic here? There is none! They doing it on purpose just to confuse you so when you come back for your free bet they can give you some sort of bullshit about technical difficulties and all. Come on how hard is it to get a promo banner right???
Well I hope all you guys who had a bet yesterday and won some free bets will finally receive them. Its a shame you got to deal with such a crap bookie. The FACT remains unchanged: loss of major bookie names will dent your MB income hard:((( Remember it’s all about long run and that’s what counts.+0
Well thanks for that Rob and I am well aware losing WH and Ladbrokes has dented future income significantly. I only said it wasnt a huge deal because I am close to my original target, once I hit that, I’ll semi-retire from matched betting.
All bookies have the clause about being able to change terms and conditions at their discretion.
I’ve had no problems with Betstars, won plenty of free bets from them already, Betbright have really stepped up lately too. I always knew Apollobet would be dodgy because they are owned by Boylesports but I am still hoping for at least £50 of my £100 free bets from yesterday. What gives me hope is that the terms do say free bets can take up to 48 hours to be credited and we havent even waited 24 yet.

I agree Rob that simple mistakes like that shouldnt be made. The fact the just change the promotion as well just shows what a bunch of scammers these bookies can be

Just to be clear guys I am not having a go or try to troll anyone here. Just stating my point of view that’s all. I am glad for you Chris. I mean everone does do it for a reason whether it is a hobby, another mean of your income or something else. I only hope once you reach your target you will still carry on giving these fantastic horse tips to us;)))
