Anyone seen anything of the free bets from Saturday yet? I’m owed 2, but neither were 2nd to SP – i will still have it out with CS if required, but would rather know that they’ve credited the definites first.

I have nothing from Saturday, two of mine were 2nd to SP favourite, the other two werent. They dont have live chat, just a phone number and an email. I’ll reluctantly call them this evening if nothing shows up, they owe me one from yesterday too so I’m expecting either £75 or £125 in free bets.

Ok so I sent them a message using the “My Requests” function in the Help Centre and just got a reply:

The good news – Free bets from Saturday will be credited today, any from yesterday will also be today or tomorrow. They have assured me on this.

The bad news – Despite the promotion page and terms stating “money back if 2nd” on Saturday, they will only pay out on those that were 2nd to the SP fav. For me thats two out of the four.

Well that is encouraging, mostly. I can’t remember what my Saturday ones were but both Sundays ones were compliant.

I got 2 2nd places and ive got nothing but a £5 free bet? its ridiculous, if they promote something and then wont pay out for it surely its false advertising, mistake or not

Free bets are in for Sunday, just the 1 for me and rightly so. (Not Saturday as people have been stating?)

I’m confused. I’ve got less than I should have from the original terms but more than I should from the revised terms. Have both days come in?

Edit; I’ve got £25 but I was only expecting £20 for the first day.

I think they’ve credited yesterdays free bets but havent done Saturdays which is worrying.
