Back and lay odds

  • Hi guys a see a lot of posts about horse racing back and lay odds eg. Blacklion 10/10. My question is how do we use these odds to gain a profit? Are we waiting for market movements after placing the bookie bet? I’m used to doing priceboosts where back odds are higher than the lay odds. Input much appreciated

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

You’re looking for back/lay odds close as possible. Might take a small loss or break even on something like 10/10 in order to either qualify for a free bet or an arb on the place price if you’re doing ew arbs.

I don’t think that ppl are gambling on the market movements, at least it is not recommended! That’s gambling and not matched betting.
