For anyone else who got this offer or one like it (got bet £50 get £20 myself) the DRAW is currently 3.00/3.00 with Betfair… break even if it’s a draw or £2.50 QL + £20.00 free bet if it isn’t ??

Is it best to treat this offer as tony has – gamble on losing and having the maximum free bet to play with. Or be slightly more conservative and treat it as a risk free bet on the calculator? Guessing either does the job in the long run?

@taaarm completely up to the individual bud… I tend to not have too big a liability with any bookmakers other than the major 4 or 5… just in case things go tits up like we’ve seen before…

That said BetStars are a pretty big outfit so shouldn’t be any dramas if you wanna treat as a risk free

I got this 100 for 30 email too. Even though it’s free money, I gave it a swerve. It would have tied up all my exchange cash, and probably stuck me on the soon to be gubbed list.

I have an unwritten rule, (although I broke it once for the £50 for £20 on Betstars did previously), that I won’t bet more than £25-£30 on any event. I want to look like an average joe punter and blend in as much as I can.

Oh, and matchedem, no one gives a flying fig if you are fed up with these emails. FACT
