  • Back a player and lay each day as the price drifts?

    Place a bet on any player to win before the tournament starts on April 6
    If your player wins and they traded at bigger odds after rounds one and two, we’ll pay you out at the higher price!
    Extra winnings will be paid as a Free Bet.
    For example, you bet $/£/€10 on Player A to win at 20/1. After round one, Player A goes out to 28/1 and after round two Player A is back into 7/1. If Player A wins the tournament you will be paid out at the bigger price, in this case 28/1, meaning you will receive $/£/€210 in cash returns from your bet and an $/£/€80 Free Bet!

    I thinks it’s probably 11/1.

    Looks like they intentionally underpriced him after round 1 to manage their liability.

    Still none the wiser. Big difference between 1 point Bog and 7 points!
    Technically he did trade at 16/1 the morning after the 1st round. But they may argue it was immediately after that counted? In which case it was a pretty pointless offer if they were just going to massively underprice anyone who drifted.

    I’d let this run. imagine guaranteeing a profit, it coming off so losing out on the extra AND THEN having the ballache of getting through all those free bets!

    Thanks mbpunter. Got a little more out of spieth with that extra payout behind me.

    My only caution would be how the freebets work. Wouldn’t want end up with a single freebet in excess of £1k, but stake restricted as you’ve just won a hefty bet on the open! Or 200 x £5 freebets would also be a nightmare, especially if need to be used on different events!

    It would limit extraction.
    I suppose football where there’s sufficient liquidity, and not huge odds unless you have really huge exchange balances

    I didn’t play this offer for the masters. But they are repeating it again for the players championship.

    Doesn’t look like any cheap qualifiers. What’s this worth? Is there a lot of value in it. I am considering Dustin at 8.0/9.2 but seems a steep QL?

    I think if you back and lay half your stake then there should be a fair bit of value on it.

    Your player starts well then you should have a decent arb or if they have a poor first round you should be able to lay the rest of your stake at the higher odds.
