Bet365 email

Hi there.
So i got this email from BET365:
“Should you wish to continue to use our services, the Sports offers and promotions available to you will be restricted to the following standard offers which remain open to all customers: ITV Racing 4/1 Offer, Feature Race 4/1 Offer, Sky Dogs 2/1 Offer, Australian Feature Meeting Offer, Best Odds Guaranteed, Racing Value, Aussie Footy Multi Bet Bonus, Bore Draw Money Back, Euro Soccer Bonus, Parlay Bonus, Euro Basketball Bonus, Tennis Accumulator Bonus, Each-Way First Goalscorers and Extra Time Extra Chance. ”

My question is if i am gubbed from offers or its just that my bet stakes will be reduced?

You can only have those listed offers. Same boat as all of us. I received that email in April last year and have been spamming my bet365 account since, seen no further reductions.

yep sleepless is right. within a few bets my limits were greatly reduced on horses to the point that i can’t get more than a £1 on the favourite. Football limits (and probably others) seem to be unaffected though.

On my 5th 365. Need to keep this one. Going for mostly enhanced places, keeping same stake around £50ew. Avoiding feature/itv races and bad ew races (use other bookies). Plenty of football mug bets (mostly laid off though). £50 on the high profile games especially 2up . Lots of other sports bets.

Was gubbed with them myself for a while due to some ‘luck’ with their ITV racing offers (holy cash-cow!!).
That was ok’ish, because they cut me down to £50 limit on the races + i kept the ITV racing bonus as OP here, so it wasnt all dead, as other lousy operators.

Upon logging in today, and after a weekend’s fun of racing (I only hit the ITV winner twice?) – I was immediately informed that I have lost ALL of those bonuses you mentioned – and even including the BOG.. (yikes) Max limit doesnt seem changed, though will need to verify in the weekend.

Anyone else getting this? Have they started to become efficient finally?

Bet365 is still value to me regardless of bonuses, so I guess I will milk it to the bone. Oh man what a great operator they truly are, I wish for my bonuses to come back for xmas! 🙁

Yep got the email saying that will take effect from Wednesday. Ashame to lose that but still could take a bit off them through other methods. Been building a really nice rewards4racing pot through them as well recently.

Think it may be time to do a chris and take some time out from it all before plotting how to beat them on a bigger scale next year!

Ahh just seen this too, frustrating. Not checked further staking restrictions but guessing that’ll be next. Always thought i could milk 365 for a few hundred a month without ever being stopped. Oh well!

It’s not very festive of them. I’m expecting restrictions to be pretty severe (from Wednesday) so anything less than that will be a bonus..
