New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Lost £100 already barring 4 goals in the second half at Newcastle
+0Only £100 more to go Chris!
I’ve got my £210 on West Ham…so unless they come back and win 3-2 (probably will happen now) i’ll get my £100 free bet !+0I’m slightly confused as to how you guys are doing this bet. Are you backing and laying 4x£10 bets using the qualifying bet setting on the calculator? And then you would place a bet of £160 plus whatever profit you made from those first 4 bets? Do you use the risk free bet setting for this one?
+0Not me, I am just backing and laying for tiny or no losses on the under/over goals markets.
+0I’m just doing the I suppose risky approach….losing £200 so I get the full £100 free bet..minus say £10 or so qualifying losses = £70 profit.
Obviously its not easy to lose £200….as I did a few bets and one won so had to do a massive bet. Check out the blog Matt has made a post about it which is probably the best way to approach it using the risk free bet on the calculator, that should answer your question.
+0I can already foresee what’s going to happen though, they tend to limit stakes pretty quick and I have a feeling trying to put a £100 free bet on anything with fairly high odds is going to be a no..we shall see.
+0sunderland messed me right up, got to lose £370 to get the free bet now
made £25 on qualifying profits so might just leave it there

Always the risk doing it this way mate, I got lucky with West Ham losing I have now lost my £200..happy days! (weird saying that after ‘losing’ £200)!
+0Just to make sure (don’t want to lose £200 somehow) if I were to put £200 on the Leicester Everton game, back and lay whatever I choose as a risk free bet I would guarantee profit?
+0You have to place 5 bets…just read Matts blog and do exactly what he has done..put £80 as cash back.
+0Matt’s method yields a profit of about £54 and i dont think thats enough for this offer. I’ve lost £100 so far and not lost a penny on qualifiers, actually gained. Assuming I can continue this with my last two bets (i’m doing 2 x £50 as i think a 1 x £100 is risky), extraction from that £100 free bet will be closer to £90-95, double what Matts method offers.
+0Cheers got it now ?
+0However Chris, you have to take into account Matts method is guaranteed profit. As seen above with (username, not picking on you mate just an example) or with my method…I could have very easily won my last bet and then would have ended up with f all. When I could have ended up with a guaranteed decent profit.
Just one of them really, yes its paid off for you this time but it could have been very different for you. One of your last two bets could easily win then you’d have to jump through more hoops to lose more and more…but lets hope they pay up the £100 free bet anyway and its easy to use!
+0Its like the same with rollover offers when people say ah just lose it to the exchange easy profit…its not always that simple to lose…
+0But even if my bets do win, its not costing me anything to do more because of my method.
