Betbright – bet 20 get 5 – international friendlies/euro 2016
-
Something very confusing about the terms and conditions. Like why is max free bet £25. And first bet placed? Or accumulative bets?
Anyway worth a go to keep things ticking over while it’s quiet – Spain are 5/1 to win and lay on betfair at 6.6 for decent enough extraction for the free one.
Should be able to keep losses well under £2 on qualifying bet of £20…
Min Stake £20. Max Free Bet £25. 1×2 market only. Min Odds 1.66. Stake a minimum of £20 in accumulative bets on Any of the International football friendlies between Wednesday 23.03.16 to Tuesday 29/03/16 only and receive a £5 free bet to be placed on the outright winner of the Euro 2016 Championship outright market only. All Free bets will be credited on Wednesday morning 30/03/16 by 11am. First bet placed only. Free bet stakes do not qualify. Cannot be used in Multiple bets. Cannot be used with any other offers. New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

No way am I going for £20 extraction right now. Going for France, they have an easy group and once they get through their lay odds will be below the 4.25 odds on BetBright now so thats the time to lay it off for maximum profit.
+0Bit risky but Portugal are priced at 17 right now and really should get through their group on top. Again those odds will then come down but I’m not by how much.
I would definitely avoid England given their performances in major tournaments, if we dont beat Russia in the first game then it could go very wrong. I would also avoid Spain.
+0Ok I did France, really fancy them to go far and possibly win it, on home soil too and they have such a talented squad of players.
Will lay them off after group stages.
+0I remember at the World Cup, Uruguay had a really really tough group which they got through. Their odds to win outright actually LENGTHENED after qualifying from their group. (They did lose Suarez through suspension in last group game).
It will depend too on who France get in the next round, I think they have guaranteed themselves a best third place team, so you’re probably safe in what you’re doing but still its a slight gamble on France to qualify in style, get an easy draw and hoping maybe one of the other biggies fall out.
Also in World Cup 2014, Brazil were 3/1 pre tournament and remained 3/1 after making their group, Argentina were 4/1 pre tournament and remained 4/1 after making their group.
I had kept a note of it at the time.
+0Okay, I went for England!
+0Lovely convo with betbright not so bright
Emma: Welcome to BetBright.com. How can I help you today?
Me: Hi i seem to have an issue with a £25 free bet you have issued me with
Me: it needs to be used on the Euro 2016 outright market but all the bets I have tried to place are restricted to values below £25
Emma: I think this is due to internal market limits. Usually, in these cases, we can only advise you to try and place the same bet with a smaller stake (I can break the value of the free bet down for you), or to wait until closer to the off.
Me: when does the free bet expire then emma?
Emma: This is due to expire at midnight on the 1st of April.
Me: So i can’t wait until nearer the off then really Emma as that would be in July
Emma: I am just advising how I would generally approach these situations., If you like, as advised above, I can break the value down for you into smaller denominations instead?
Me: Yes please Emma
Emma: Perfect., I will do this for you now. One moment please.
Me: okay
Emma: This has been done fr you now. If you refresh your page, this allow this to update your end.
Me: thanks emma all done
Emma: Happy days :o)
Emma: Take care and best of luck!Money is on France now waiting until the group play offs and see if I can make more money then.
+0Well £15 France
£5 England
£5 GermanyThat’s how I had to play it in the end.

Resurrecting an old thread because it’s time for some people to look at laying off their selections…
@chris, I followed the same strategy, however it looks like things haven’t quite panned out the way we’d hoped. France look awful.I’m not sure how to play this now – lay odds are currently hovering around 5.1, but may shoot up if drawn against a half decent team in the next round :/
(My faith in France took a nosedive last night after they denied me a fairly decent arb by failing to score against a pretty poor Albania)
