    Pretty hidden for me as didn’t get a message, but promotions tab on full site (not mobile) had the opt in

    No crappy t&c like the oddsmonkey offer before Christmas either. That stung me as I got lazy checking my commission rate constantly and they hiked me up without telling me. Was trying to hit a cash race target based on 2% commission, ended up wiping out my entire cash race payout with extra commission!!

    Go to Exchange, then click promotions, there for me too. Only on Premier League but every little helps!

    Betman – Betfair did that with me too.

    It took me ages to get them to apply the correct rate, but they did in the end.

    They also refunded me the commission overcharged as well.

    Did they? I might use this 2% new offer as an excuse to go back.
    oddsmonkey told me it was because I didn’t use the integration enough times but I know others on here didnt

    Sorry. I thought you were one of those, like me, who did use the integration in time but Betfair still upped the rate to 5%.

    I used it for half the offer then not sure I did towards the end.
    Worth asking had a bad day financially gambling!
