    I don’t think there’s such thing as laying too early. After you saw the price drop, it drifted within seconds out to 2.9 ha. No point in regretting these things – they can go either way!

    Yeah that’s very true, i’m still showing decent profits at the odds I took and if Astronomy’s Choice holds it’s price. Those odds are still coming in too.

    Slight underlay on the first one?

    I’ll go for a full underlay on the first one.

    If that comes in I’ll go for partial underlay on the second.

    The good thing about a full underlay on the first is that it gives a bigger margin if the odds on the second drift.

    But each to their own..

    When you say full underlay you mean lay your total stake?
    (minus any that you are prepared to gamble…)
