Betfair Withdrawal Issues

What have your experiences been like with Betfair withdrawals.

When I withdraw back to my Neteller, the money is sent within 12 hours max. However, when I withdraw back to my debit card, the withdrawal is simply never sent. Previously I’ve waited up to 60 hours and then just reversed the withdrawal after getting sick of waiting.

Do they always take a long time to process withdrawals to debit card?

Yes 3-5 days, it’s as much it needing to clear with your bank as betfair’s delay.

I’ve never known it take more than two days for a debit card withdrawal. They say 3-5 days just in case you bank with some two-bit little bank.

So if I make a withdrawal today it should be in my account on Tuesday? (I’m with one of the normal high street banks).

Yep. In my experience it’ll be late Tuesday afternoon you get it. Same with Smarkets.

I find Smarkets withdrawals a lot better. If I withdraw today on Smarkets it’s typically in my account by tomorrow afternoon.
