Anyone doing all these betfred offers and not been barred yet? Betfred came down on me pretty quickly. Are you mug betting? Doing anything special to keep you account open?

Pick a horse that gives you :

1. a low qualifying loss.
2. a good chance at bagging a free bet, so either the fav or 2nd fav usually.

If its a big field with no clear favourites then you can skip it.

I’ve had a few free bets off them (including yesterday) and not been gubbed yet. I use these for match betting but then I do also do a bit of mug betting on there too. Definitely no strategy for me not getting gubbed, think tbh just been lucky as yet and probably a matter of time!

The one thing I think might look a little bit dodgy at times with these sorts of offers is if people are taking Matts’ advice in terms of free bets and picking horses with higher odds and better extraction e.g. you pick say the fav on a race to try and qualify for 2nd place free bet but then place your free bet on a horse that’s say 10/1. Maybe it’s ‘safer’ in gubbing terms to place the free bet also on a horse with low odds, even if when matched betting it makes the extraction lower?

Probably doesn’t make any difference whatsoever but just a thought

Somehow I still have Freds and Tote accounts.

I do quite a few Accas with them. I also miss a lot of their Horse offers as they just pick awful races for us to get any value from.

Maybe the Acca help, although I suspect that’s fairly obvious for them to spot too. Low odds and no overlapping matches has to scream matched betting.

Who knows, I’m probably just lucky until they check my account.

I do a lot of the Bet 3 Get 1 Free offers with both Betfred and Totesport and some of their price boosts if they are decent. Tend to stay away from their money back 2nd to SP favs though as they always pick races that are wide open. Incredibly difficult to get a free bet from them and its not worth the potential gubbing in my opinion.

I know this one is just straight money back if second but its still another tough race they’ve picked out.

I always whack £100 on their enhanced prices…banned from betfred still got tote though, made a ton from these price boosts..most noticeably a nice £170 win when underlying one of their horses during Cheltenham

I have the same problem but with Paddy Power, Pickle. In the last 3 weeks I have deposits of €100 and withdrawals of €700+
