Betfred price boost

  • Easy way to make money is keep an eye out on the fred price boosts on horses each day ive only been doing this a few months and dont have a massive bankroll but managing to make £15/£20 a day just off these boosts

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Glad to hear you are doing well from these, most of us probably know to watch their Twitter feed at 10am and Noon, but your posts serves as a good reminder. What it is not, however is a “new offer”

Am I the only one who struggles to find the price boosts and offer on Betfred.

Every time somebody announces a price boost or an offer I spend over half an hour trying to find it and at the end I give up.

Where do you look for the price boosts ?

If it’s horses then you want Horse Racing > Other Markets > Price Boosts

If it is footy then usually Football > Other > Weekend Specials (or something similar)

You will often find that you can see which horse races are going to have boosts BEFORE they are announced, as they will appear in the list, but just won’t show the actual boost until they announce it on twitter

Also worth noting that Bet365 (and possibly others) normally price match any Betfred boosted horses as well ;)

How much are you placing as a bet each time – just jumped onto a couple of these this morning for a few easy quid, just wondering if I can go big with it.

I tried this this morning and only found 1 instance for profit. Slapped £100 on it and was ok with that for a £3 profit. Not sure if I needed to get on it as soon as they appeared at 10 am – was 10:30 before I tried

As soon as the boosts come out the prices start to drift on the exchange I take a bit of a risk and place on the boost and then lay closer to the race only got stung once and the profits well cover tha amount of times the price does not shorten

Betfred price boosts are normally ok – but on Saturday at ascot fred put up 9-4 freds double and then only paid 2-1

The reduction was due to a R4 as there was a late non runner in the first race
