so ive went a deposited into betsafe to place a bet only to see ive been limited to £1 bets,i done a withdrawal of my money to then close the account down but got an email saying that the withdrawal had been cancelled due to me not turning over the deposit.I jumped on live chat and told them that i couldnt do the turn over as i was limited to very low stakes an they said they would do a manual withdrawal for me but they would take 5% for doing it,has anyone else had them take 5% off them to withdraw while being limited to very low stakes.
