I just received the email too! :) Anyone who knows the tennis rules (retirements and voided bets etc)? I’m on my phone so I can’t ctrl+F their tennis rules.

I think I would give this one a miss, looking at the terms ‘Before you can withdraw the money or play in other products, NET winnings (winnings minus stake) have to be wagered 1 time on odds 1.50 or higher in our Sportsbook (Pre-Match or Live), within 7 days after having been credited. ‘ Not sure if thats for qualifier bet or free bet but either way, can’t see much value. Plus in play tennis can be infuriating. Cheers for posting though.

I’m having a go. Putting the bet on the evening before and using the free bet in the morning as I get up at 6. Not very profitable and always a bit dodgy with tennis but I’ll take whats on offer unless I get bored.

Be careful with this. The terms and conditions posted above mention that free bets will only be valid on the day the bet has been placed. Going by that the free bet will have disappeared the following morning. I’m having the same issue with TonyBet at the moment and a waiting for a reply as I did the same with them ie placed a bet last night for a game in the early hours, no free bet has materialised as yet…..I think Titanbet have the same terms and conditions.

If they are on the same day in Aussie (ie. Day 1 of the tournament) then it works okay
    for Betsafe.

Taken from another forum “Having checked with CS, the “day” means each tournament day over in Oz. So you can place a bet tonight and your £5 free in play will be available for any of the matches on the same tournament day as your qualifier.”

Also someone over there claims that it’s possible to use free bet on pre-match markets as well.

The Tonybet promo is for bets placed between 10pm – 9.59pm our time and then the bonus should be credited from 10pm onwards, that’s when I get mine anyway.
