Betsafe Fraud

Hi all. Wondering if anybody has had anything similar. Basically my account with Betsafe was hacked and somebody created a Skrill account and transferred £84 from my account. Betsafe are now saying that the money cannot be recovered. Has anybody had anything similar?

Should thet allow the skrill set up without regulatory checks?+0Exact same thing happened to me but with paddy power, however I contacted them and they gave me back my balance on a new account. Also got to do the welcome offer again so it was profit for me 😉
Customer service told me that they had ‘secured’ my funds which makes it sound like they got the money back, which is strange because Skrill withdrawals process pretty fast and I only realised this had happened after 24 hours or so.+0It sounds like Paddy were more helpful than Betsafe have been so far! Fingers crossed it gets resolved! Skrill sounds like an awful platform ripe for this sort of thing
