Betsafe Horse Racing

Anyone else find they’ve been gubbed by Betsafe on horse racing only? I tried to place a £10 punt yesterday and got an onscreen “we can’t accept this bet” message. CS chat confirmed restriction with the usual “business decision / up yours” message. Funny thing is that Betsafe has only just introduced racing bets and I’d never bet on the market before!
Having looked back at my occasional sport bets with Betsafe, there’s nothing in the record that might ring alarm bells that I can see and I can still do other sports offers.
Could they be doing a damage limitation exercise before their Goodwood racing daily free bet kicks in?
