Received a deposit 80 get 30 freebet offer from betstars but I’m confused. I deposited and upon depositing it says the freebet will be issued immediately, but no sign. I looked back at the email and seen a bonus code, but I can’t see where this code could be used anywhere to redeem the offer, any help?

the place to enter the bonus code is in settings, but you may need to ask them to honour it via email/support. happened to me recently.
