Got a free £20 bet which I placed and layed off, then got this:
You recently received an email regarding a free bet added to your account. This email was not intended for you and was sent in error.

We apologise for any confusion caused and you will unfortunately not be able to take advantage of this offer on this occasion.

Is it still on your bet history? Did they void the bet.

My bet had been placed and lost (won in exchange) before I got the error email.

Not showing on my bet history. Seems a bit unfair, especially as the bet has been placed. Wonder if it was a real error or fishing for match bettor’s.

I got the same email, they had already taken back the free bet by the time I noticed though. There was another email sent about 10 minutes later for a risk free offer – perhaps that’s the one they meant to send?
