    Yes I had a small bit on, €10 I left unlayed and I resisted to the end. Was tempting to lay off the rest after his lay was down to about 3.5 after day one.

    So I am up about €150 on this one.

    I’ve stumbled on so many winners in the Golf on BetStars. I had Koepka in the US Open, Spieth in the Open Championship and now Stenson in Wyndham – all in the last few months. Doesn’t mean anything because I have it layed off or balanced off with other bets on other bookies. I just seem to get the luck on whoever I back at BetStars..

    What annoys me about this offer is the poor odds at end of day 1 betstars put up. I took Spieth at 13.0/14.0.

    After day one he was 5 shots back from Dustin Johnson. He drifted to 19.0 on exchange and some bookies had him at 16/1. But Stars didn’t budge. Stuck on 12/1.

    Now he is right back in it with a good chance of winning and hitting the bog but there will be none because betstars.

    In fairness they weren’t the only firm to stick with 12/1 but definitely others were 16/1 and 14/1 etc.

    I noticed that at previous tournaments with the top players.

    I suspect if they have a large liability on a player they are less likely to lengthen the odds.

    Don’t suppose anyone checked fowlers odds after day 1 & 2 for this weeks tournament? I had him pre tournament at 9.0 and that’s what I’ve been paid out. Not sure if there’s anyway of checking???

    Well he was 5 under after day 1 and 7 under after day 2 so it’s probably right

    I’ve been paid out at 13.0. I imagine the true odds were much higher but an extra £100 winnings nonetheless. Good offer is this, if you find a tight match.
