BetStars refund if red card

  • BetStars are offering a a refund on losing bets on First/Last goalscorer, result, HT/FT, ‘BTTS & Match Result ‘of up to £50 as a free bet if there is a red card in Liverpool v City or United v Arsenal on Sunday.

Given that the odds for a red card in the United game are 3.75 over at Paddy for example this could be a good offer. Any clever ideas of how to ensure that our qualifying bet doesn’t go and ruin it all by winning?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Not sure there’s no way to make sure your bet loses…with that being said i’d probably just aim at the lowest qualifying loss you can find or maybe 0-0…as if there is a red card you would expect a team to take advantage of if it was a red card through a penalty like wise.

Its a shame you can’t pick a losing bet as you say as if we could we could then lay red card for guaranteed profit and considering this free bet is up to £50 would be very nice.

I like the idea of looking for a 0-0 bet if there is a good one to be found.

Yeah problem is is you bet on 0-0 and lay it for the full £50…which I would do, depending on the odds you could be looking at £5+ qualifying loss. now based on a £50 free bet and assume 80% extraction which you would turn into £40. Not sure on the odds of a red card but given that you said its 3.75 a £5 qualifying loss gives you effective odds of 7/1 which does make it sound profitable in the long run…I would however, try and aim for the small qualifying loss possible and then just hope it loses!
