This is very tongue in cheek so please don’t take offence, your post just made me laugh.

If it’s on the website why would we need to complain? You recommend we take a screen shot so we can complain if the offer is not honoured, but you don’t recommend we do this! Great double negative.

Anyone had these credited yet. Didn’t get a five free bet a few weeks ago from them but didn’t bother chasing up. Have had no gubbing email but play poker regularly and always receive emails off them.

I agree that it’s preferable not to chase up missing FBs, to avoid drawing unnecessary attention to your account, but two in a row suggests there may be an issue you should know about.

Personally I don’t see an issue with chasing FB, I do it all the time and never had an issue. A normal punter would chase up if they didn’t receive it. Also, if you have missed out on two you have nothing to lose by asking IMO.

Cheers guys yeah I will bring it up. Mainly because the next offer could be worth more than a fiver so if I am gubbed then it’s better to know now.

@beesty let us know how you get on, if your gubbed they should e mail you really. If they agree to credit this one I would ask for a retrospective credit on the last one you missed.

Ok got an email saying sorry and that they would credit it within 24 hours. However, I looked into my emails as it is an old email from when I used to play poker and found a gubbing email from 9th October. So feel a bit cheeky in asking now but won’t chase if not as I have no problem with a company if they inform you before hand.

Where I do have a problem is the companies that gub you without notification which is really poor on their behalf. On Will Hill, Laddies and PP they did this but honoured promotions I was in before or credited an ad hoc bet as an apology then said no more which is fair enough.

The company I hate the most is Coral they would not play ball for a week and eventually did credit me a £25 free bet but then restricted my bets to 5p which made the bet worthless. If I take my EW arbing into shops then this is the company I want to hit the hardest. Even when doing promotions in shops I find the customer service in their stores the worst and the workers are clueless in crediting free bets. May be a biased opinion though!

The bonus though is Betstars have gubbed me to stakes of 20 quid which is great when ew arbing on anything with long odds.
