Betting with VPN

Hello guys, I am new to this whole matched betting stuff. My situation is the following: I live in Switzerland where betting is restricted to pretty much one bookie. That is why I was wondering whether it is possible to bet using a VPN? I thought of betting in Malta, since there seem to be hundreds of bookies. Also, I am a maltese citizen, so I could use my maltese passport to sign up at the bookies. What I do not have but is a maltese bank account or address.
Do you think that it would be possible for me to get in this whole matched-betting thing via VPN? Given the circumstances stated above`?

I would be very happy to hear your thoughts about this!

You definitely need the Maltese bank account and address as they would also serve as your proof of residence. Try looking to see if there are any neobanks operating in Malta that would let you sign up and send you a card overseas, if you have family in Malta they could help.
