Sorry to hear that, guys. I received a SMS offer at 10am this morning and when I logged in the offer was under the Promotions menu.

Having said that, the free bets haven’t turned up in my account yet, so I might have to contact them in the morning!

Sounds as though I need to do more betting with them? Do you do anything particular extra with them or just consistently weekly for the bet clubs etc?

No, I don’t do anything other than use the weekly bet clubs and other promotions. They’re practically the only bookmaker not to have gubbed me yet, so I’m waiting for the dreaded email.

Keep wondering whether to sign up with their sister site Leovegas, but part of me doesn’t want to push my luck!
