BetVictor Welcome bonus

  • I’ve got a £25 bonus fund from BetVictor but a bit confused by the statement below in their Terms & Conditions. Can anyone help clarify this please?

You will only be eligible to withdraw winnings accrued through the use of Bonus Funds once you have staked at least 4 times the value of your initial bonus amount and these bets have fully settled. [For example: If you receive £25 in Bonus Funds you must place further settled bet(s) with a cumulative stake value of at least £100 before you will be permitted to make a withdrawal of any winnings accrued through the use of Bonus Funds. If you receive £10 in Bonus Funds you must place further settled bet(s) with a cumulative stake of £40 before you will be permitted to make a withdrawal of any winnings accrued through the use of Bonus Funds.]

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

It means exactly that…should your £25 bet win in BetVictor and lose in the exchange. Say odds of 5.0. You will then have £100 in Betvictor. Before you can withdraw this you will have to stake the whole £100 (this doesn’t have to be in one bet) obviously backing and laying it and therefore this will eat into your profit slightly. Shouldn’t be too much as Bet Victor usually have good odds! However, obviously if your £25 bonus loses in Bet Victor and wins in the exchange you will make more profit and of course no rollover.

Try and make sure your bonus loses and wins in the exchange

Just be wary of the fact that BetVictor bonuses are rolling so if you receive another in the future (and you will), the rollover requirement on the new bonus will be whatever the rollover requirement is PLUS this one. You’ll basically have to ensure you always lose BetVictor bonuses to the exchange which is easier said than done otherwise you’ll have to rollover a lot of money before you can make a withdrawal. NetBet have a similar rule.

Also remember freebies here are SNR AND rollover. Think they are the only bookies that does that.
