  • I put a tenner on Liverpool to win to qualify me for a tenner on Monday. Just tried to withdraw my winnings says I need to roll over nearly 300 before I can take out my 20 quid anyone else had a problem?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Hi Guys I did this £10 bet get £10 bonus at the weekend. I forgot to opt in so I did not get the ” free £10 bonus” No matter how much explaining I did to customer service they refused to budge. No goodwill offer since I have been a customer for over 5 years. Just goes to show how shitty some companies customer service is. I myself work in CS and we bend over backwards to keep our customers. But the two mentally challenged I spoke to , were not going to make any exceptions.
    Goodbye Bet Victor

I think I’ve just hit a similar problem to Jamie. So my £10 free bet won today (punted it on West Ham to win when they were 1-0 down) and my balance went up to £110. I played through another £40 worth of bets as per Matt’s instructions on the 4x bonus rollover requirements. The bet lost so my balance was £70 but when I tried to withdraw it said I had to wager another £90. I queried with customer services and they said its because I had not met the rollover requirements of the Champions League correct score promotion a couple of months ago.

Even though I’ll accept this and get on with wagering the £90, I think its really wrong that BetVictor don’t keep rollover requirements for seperate promotions. Having lost the previous bonus to the exchange, that should have been that but no, they are making me meet that rollover requirement via another bonus that I managed to win.
