Betway Bonus Amount

I placed a £10 bet yesterday at Betway on odds of 2.00 & the the horse won.
They have put £5 of my £10 winnings in a ‘bonus’ account that has to be wagered 30x before withdrawal.
What gives?

that looks suspiciously like they have applied a casino bonus to it for some reason. personally I would ask them about it, but you might want to weigh up whether its worth drawing attention to your account for the sake of a fiver. Then again, you certainly do not want to be locked into a rollover like that if its going to affect your withdrawals.

Betway are scammers. Withdraw your cash ans send an email that says:
All my bookie accounts are reviewed on a regular basis, and due to your extremely poor customer service, the decision has been made to close it.
I would make you aware that this decision has been made at the highest level and will not be reversed.
PS Ive given you notification of my decision, which is more than you shysters give others.

Apparently I opted into a casino bonus via e-mail, which I don’t recall doing.
I can place ‘sports’ bets on odds of over 1.75 until £39.92 has been wagered.

Managed to work my way through the £39.92 today without making a loss.
Bizarre to say the least. I didn’t opt into a bonus as they said but hey ho. Onwards and upwards!
