Betway issues

Hi all,

Back in my 2nd stint of this as we moved house so using the Mrs account.

All going well so far until yesterday when both qualifying and free bets won with Bway totalling a decent amount £300 plus

Went to withdraw and all looked fine until Mrs now getting calls from bway.

Anyone experienced this and what it could be? I tried to chat in chat box but insisting they need to speak in person.

Any advice before I chat tonight. Can they void bets? Surely not.

I guess as it’s a couple of bets you just need to train the wife to say that she placed them. Best piece of advice screenshot everything as it is now and keep it just in case. She can say she liked the names of 2 horses or something. It could just be some extra security measures but hope it goes well.

Had same issues – clown of a betw&y contact phoned just to check she had placed the bets???? Prime up the missus as to the bets involved – yes no answers on her part – put phone onto loudspeaker, listen in and keep her right. Good luck keep us posted .

Was gonna do that with loudspeaker and sit beside her with bets open anyway.

Take the call yourself with a silly voice and get in a strop when they say you’re not a woman.

Just send all docs and say that you don’t want to speak to them on the phone. Only by email as you want it in writing. As you have an issue with it. They can’t use that as a reason to withhold a withdrawal. They tried the same trick on my gfs account.

They’ve not actually said why they want to speak to her yet. Just that operations want to speak re identification.
