I tried to sign up yesterday for their Masters special, but the minute i signed up, i couldnt log in. I don’t know why. I didn’t even do anything.
I keep getthing this message:
“Your account has been provisionally suspended. Please login again shortly or contact customer support for further assistance..”
Has anyone ever had this before?

Is it possible that they’ve made a connection between the details you’ve provided and an existing account?
+0I’ve never had a betway account before. I do however use the same user name with each bookmaker. Would that make a difference. Yes its very weird.

I imagine most people use the same usernames for ease of remembering.

Thanks Matt+0same happened to me last week. immediately suspended the first time I logged in. took ages to find a contact number or email, but eventually got through via the chat. Told me that my account was suspended for ‘safety and security’ reasons, and that was it!
+0I have got this a few times and it’s not that ususual, i get it mostly when i’m using a VPN. but also on sites where there is more than one account at the address, mansionbet, genting casino and LV bet have all asked me this recently, usually just have to send off a bank statement and passport and its opened in a couple hours.
+0Got gubbed today on Betway. No idea why as I had £50 in thee from £90 of deposits. Why do they gub accounts that make them money?
Did a fair few horse MBS in the past and three on Friday but yesterday got stake limited on the Man U 2-1 win boost which had the warning signs.
Prob close the account now. Shame as the acca free £10 was handy
