Definitely more difficult nowadays. Using blackjack basic strategy works well, except where casinos only use 10% of wagering towards the bonus playthrough! You really just have to read through the t+cs for each place and work out how best to approach each offer. The WR does vary quite a bit Also, make sure you sign up through cashback sites (quidco, topcashback etc.) as the casinos have really good offers there.
Bingo offers are also lucrative for the initial cashback offering.

Personally, I do the following:

Bingo offers, matched deposit offers:
1) look for games that have the most time left before starting, but avoid the daily/weekly/monthly bonus games
2) buy maximum bingo tickets on each game found ensuring that you spend all your deposit and bonus before the first game starts – this part is crucial otherwise you have to spend your winnings before spending any bonus money
3) wait for the winnings to roll in.

This is not guaranteed profit, but I have done well out of this.

Casino free spins (such as starburst games), no deposit required offers:

1) play through the free spins
2) convert any winnings from this to play with (assuming it is less than £20 or an amount you are happy to play with and/or depending on the bonus t&cs – still do not deposit your own cash
3) keep playing until you have passed the t&cs requirements then when you are happy with the amount you have made/lost, you should be in a position to withdraw your winnings.

Using these 2 tactics I get around 70% – 80% on bingo and between £0 and £40 on free spins. The potential to win more on free spins is always there, it is just a matter of luck.

You want low stake and high lines for lower variance.
Something I would add on the freespins is that you can take your initial winnings and try and double / treble them up on roulette or blackjack.
If you win, you have a much more realistic chance of making it through the wagering requirements on slots.
If you lose, well you’ve saved yourself a lot of time playing through for only a small chance of meeting the requirements
